I want to have SplitHorz and SplitVert, so I've set those options along with Horz/VertButtons, UseScrollData, VerticalScrottBarAnnotations and SmoothScroll. Yet if the text fits into the window, the scroll bars don't show, and hence I can't select the Splitters which are in the scrollbar area. How can I force the scrollbars to always show?
